Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the ChiroRing app and device, you agree to follow these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ChiroRing services.

Data Collection & Use

We collect personal information (name, contact details, health data) and technical data (device info, app usage) to deliver our services and personalise your experience. You can manage or revoke data access at any time through your device or app settings. Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.

Health Data Integrations

If you integrate with Apple HealthKit or Google Fit, ChiroRing only uses that data to provide wellness features within the app. It is not shared with third parties except as legally required.

No Advertising, Profiling, or Automated Decisions

Your data is not used for automated decisions or to determine eligibility for insurance, employment, or other services.

Your Responsibilities

• Use ChiroRing as intended and follow these terms.
• Do not misuse the service or use it for unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for your own internet connection costs.

Intellectual Property

ChiroRing's software, design, and content are protected by law. Commercial use requires our written authorisation.

Service Changes & Updates

We may update our services and these terms over time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ChiroRing is designed for general wellness and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The service is provided as-is, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
