Do I need a subscription?+
No. The ring is $199 once, and the app's free tier is free for life: your daily score, sleep, HRV trends, and activity. A premium tier with deeper coaching is optional, never required.
Which phones does it work with?+
ChiroRing works with most iOS and Android smartphones via the companion app.
What if I don't know my ring size?+
Order the sizing kit with a ring voucher. The kit ships first, you find your fit at home, and your ring follows in exactly the right size.
How long does the battery last?+
Around 4 days on a full charge. The portable charging case in the box holds enough power to recharge your ring up to 10 times, so charging never becomes a daily chore.
Can I wear it in water?+
Yes. It's 5 ATM water resistant: showers, hand-washing, and swimming are all fine. We recommend taking it off for the ocean.
Is my health data private?+
