30-Day Return Policy

Enjoy a risk-free 30-day trial. If you’re not completely satisfied with your ChiroRing, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the ring is undamaged, fully functional, and returned with all original accessories and packaging.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

One-Year Warranty

Your ChiroRing is protected by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

If your ring shows a quality-related issue not caused by human error—such as design defects, material issues, or workmanship flaws—our team will assess it. If confirmed as a manufacturing issue, we will replace the product free of charge.

Order Credit for Businesses & Distributors

For businesses or distributors, if a verified product quality issue is confirmed and both parties agree, the cost of the replacement item can be deducted from your next order. The deduction amount will be equal to the original purchase price of the affected device.
